Hahaaha, I'm surprised you noticed. I'm really happy with the Callaway, it's a lot of fun.Dude that looks like it's going to be a really nice space !!
AND it seems EVERYONE has overlooked that er'ma'gash beautiful Calloway ... yikes. That thing is SWEET !!! I've a close friend up here that owns one (its that BRIGHT Chevy blue though) and it was a riot of a good time to ride in !! He volunteered to pull my skiddy trailer a few hours away to get some tractor tires I purchased on an auction when I told him he could tag along in the ol' farm truck. It was nice catching up with an old friend and even nicer to ride in the luxury that Calloway had hiding behind it's doors !!!
I spent a couple evenings getting the grade raked and rocks picked up. Spread seed and straw, it won't be the final, and I'm sure we'll tear some of it up in construction. It feels good to have some finished space though.

Spray foam would help make it more air tight since you did house wrap instead of Zip system sheathing or other sealed equivalent. Would help out the HVAC I would think.Slab is insulated. I had debated on radiant heat, but decided against it due to anchoring to the floor in the future. I did HVAC work before getting into the elevator trade, so I'm going to install a dual head mini split system. After insulating the interior (spray foam?), It should stay pretty comfortable without much energy.
and for no reason, a good sized frog I saw while mowing:
