Yes it is. I just happened to come across it on ebay. I've never seen another one like it.also is the red 'N' logo on the top right Napco Security?
You drank the Cool Aidbecause of this thread, I went out and sourced a 100 year ratcheting driver...
thanks guys!![]()

I really want to get my hands on one of these, the price scares me though. I have had other brands and hated them.

Nice set. Store them with a bit in the shaft to help retain the magnetism.Williams WRS-1 Magnetic Ratcheting Screwdriver,9-inch - Phillips Head Screwdrivers - Amazon.com

I have three of the Snap-on ratcheting screwdrivers and this one is basically the same but under the William’s name branding. Same bits as the Snap-on ones, same ratcheting mechanism. Really the only thing different is the body and no knurling on the shaft.![]()
Thanks! I do as well. I just removed the bits for the photo.Nice set. Store them with a bit in the shaft to help retain the magnetism.
Sweet!! Nice foam insert too!!Not as many as most, but I have a few. Since this pic was taken, I added a combat green and a pearl pink. None of these have turned a fastener and I also have all the boxes in pristine shape. This is my "jewelry". I have another four that I actually work with, plus an additional two in my box at the house.![]()
Is there a list anywhere for all the variations and approximate year issued?
no list publicly available that I’ve ever seen. There have been probably hundreds of variations sold off the trucks over the years. Add that to the ones they’ve made for different companies and organizations and that number would be pretty big. Seems ever few months I discover one that I never knew existed.
Any input??I figured I come here for help and advice.
So after nearly 30 years of owning my black one somehow I ended up cross threading the cap putting it on after a bit change. Of course I didn't realize it until I needed to remove the cap and had to put some Chanellocks on it to get it to turn and remove it.
I see thread damage to both the cap and the driver handle and my thread chaser set does not go that big.
I can purchase a replacement cap but how do I clean up the threads in the handle? Thanks
If my memory serves me, the threads are 7/8-14. An appropriately sized bolt can be easily converted into a "thread tap."I figured I come here for help and advice.
