I don't know of any gearless bit ratchets. The one you posted was news to me. Does it NEED to be gearless?
I do like bit ratchets generally. My two favorites are the Wurth/Zebra and the Titan micro swivel.
The Wurth is extremely small - doesn't add any height to the bit (it pokes through the middle slightly and you remove a bit by pushing it back out). 72 teeth, so pretty fine action, but I've put considerable strain on it without issue. I love this little guy.
The Titan is a little different. I'm sure the novelty is part of why I like it. 90-teeth for even finer action - however it is taller than the Wurth. With a roto head on it, it can flex to access different angles or be used like a screwdriver. It comes in two flavors: chrome vanadium or aluminum handled. The aluminum version is sold in several different colors.
