That appears to be a Meiji pump. They are made in Japan and Grainger imported them for a few years. Other than the ones Grainger imported, they have no presence in the US to my knowledge, and zero parts availability. Meiji is still in business and makes an extensive line of compressors, but they apparently have no interest in marketing in the US.
I've got a 3 cylinder 10hp one w/ 120 gal tank in my business shop. I got it, with a blown head gasket, in exchange for a couple hours of machine work. That's when I found out no parts were available. The original blown gasket had been replaced with one cut from a sheet of thin aluminum and it wasn't actually blown but rather just wouldn't seal as it was on the high pressure cylinder. I made one from gasket material used on high pressure steam lines, and so far it has held for 20+ years.
Meiji makes a high quality pump, but the lack of parts strongly affects the value here. If I could observe it running and time the fill to determine that the pump isn't worn out, I'd be in the $300 to $400 range tops.
