3 months ago I bought a 2767 (M18 high torque), regardless of battery size, 5Ah or 9Ah, the impact hesitates when first squeezing the trigger. After a couple soft quick hits it finally goes full power. It seems to have all of the power of my old one once it starts actually hitting but the lead up time is annoying. The Cornwell guy I bought it from thought it was a feature to make the impact last compared to hitting hard right away. Seemed pointless to me but hey seems like a lot of company decisions are when it comes to gimmicks, I mean features. Torque test channel just had a video on the newer model issues and this was mentioned. So now I'm guessing this is actually a manufacturing issue.
Alas it seems like Milwaukees time as the leader is causing quality issues, at least at my shop, coworkers 1/4 fuel ratchet has been rebuilt 3 times this year for breaking the pawl pin in the head.
