This is all for indoor, DIY stuff? Probably any one of them would work.
I bought a PLS 480 when I was finishing out my addition, but was going out about 60' to get a level line. I've noticed on the less expensive models the line becomes really thick beyond around 30'; a 1" blurry red line as a level is not too precise in my use.
The more expensive models maintain a well defined line.
I been to commercial interior jobsites and usually see guys using Bosch, DeWalt, PLS and other high end brands. They are usually using them in the 30' to 90' range.
The green is always better for outdoor use but battery life is shorter.
I saw a super high-end residential job where the light layout was really complicated. The lighting guy used stringlines for his layout to identify light conflict with other trades. Low-tech, but it worked.
