    Quincy 325 Air Compressor unloader leak

    I recently put a Quincy 325 ROC 101 back into service. I did not to a complete tear down and clean/rebuild. I've found that I have pretty bad leaks on both unloader towers around the gaskets. Will new gaskets fix this or would something in the check valves inside the towers also be contributing...

    Advice on 1981 Campbell Hausfeld compressor

    Yes, it builds pressure to 145, which is limited by the pressure switch. I can't hear it knocking at low psi. I heard some noise above about 115 psi but it may have been the belt slipping. I haven't fully tensioned it yet.

    Top Plates causing roof sagging

    This is my take on the problem as well. ceiling joists should sit on the top plate to both better support the ceiling and to allow them to be nailed to the rafters.
