If your up on stairs or ladder in a radiant heated floor shop and its "cooler" there is probably no insulation or vapor barrier. Its just a drafty building with a heated floor. Probably same reason your swing days its uncomfortable because no insulation keeping heat out.

did a 32x56x14'6". 40' wide would have been enough to turn stuff inside easier. 12' wide by 13' high gable end OH door I wish I would have made 16' wide maneuvering boat and equipment in and out. Side OH door 8'x8' to porch should have been at least 9' wide for pickups going in and out easier.

can't see how deep/thick your steel structure is ? Spray foam won't need vapor barrier than use steel panels for interior liner and you can attach to same structure as exterior steel attached to. Might need to make sure your ridge vent(my guess) is correct to keep out blowing rain(a lot of light...
