    Hi, I tried to mount my Harbor Freight manual tire changer temporarily and was discouraged when I hit the pictured. It looks like the back of a round lol. I have it mounted outside on another slab but would like portability during bad weather. So how do I miss stuff like this in the future...

    Concrete grinding sufficient enough?

    I etched after grinding but made sure to rinse forever and dry for days on end. I was scared that the grit from grinder wasn't enough and wanted to be sure. Worked really well.

    There was some magnet paints chassis saver (por 15 like) that dropped on the concrete during a project. The manufacturer refused to let me know if it could be removed chemically so I ground the light areas with a 40 grit diamond cup 7 inch grinder. The concrete around it is about 14 years old...
