For the money invested, I had good results with Rustoleum on my last house. It was new concrete and I did not use the clear top coat but did use the flek. I abused it pretty badly with a Firebird restoration (jack stands, kwik-lift, dropping tools, jacks, etc) and after 6 years it looks okay...
