That’s the locking mechanism. Do you know the model number. Both Crafsman and Waterloo are having a hard time looking up parts with out it.

Anyone know the model number? All I can find is a Manufature date?

I have two of those tabs on the lid of my box. From what I can tell there should be a bar that plugs into the back of the lock and rotates with the lock catching and relaesing those tabs to lock the top lid. You can kinda see the mechanism in this YouTube video.

I am looking for the U shaped bar that locks the lid on the upper chest. This U shaped bar also plugs into the back of the lock. What you mentioned in the picture is to hold some locks in place. I am looking for the bar that hold the lid down.

Looking at picking up a M18 Fuel Bandsaw 2729-20. Is this model getting an updated this fall?

Looked at a KR1000 / KR1100 combo today. The condition was on the Ok side, but when I checked for the secret compartment no luck. The bottom box was a KR1000A. Did some boxes come with out the secret compartment?
