I have always kept the door and opener lubed up to keep them quiet and working smooth. I was using a Liquid Wrench Dry Spray and had no problems. Well, I ran out of that and found something at Home Depot called Blaster Garage Door Lube. It works great for about two days. :headscrat My opener...

How are the tiles when they get wet? I received my sample in the mail the other day and really like the product. Just wondering how slippery they are. Kind of hard to test it with just the one tile.
