    large 3-car garage here. one central round cast iron drain with a sediment basket. the entire floor slopes towards the drain, which is awesome. garage is dry as a bone after a big snowstorm.

    installing a window ... electric opener? or long tool?

    looking to install a window up high in my garage. base of the window would be 10+ ft off the ground. i don't want to setup a ladder every time i want to open the window. where would i go look for a way to open these windows, either by a motor or by a long shaft/crank?

    Looks great!! how did you manage to not get paint on the ceiling through the holes in the bracket? Were you able to stick a piece of paper behind it or something? and i assume the first coat was just a primer?
