    I've lost my marbles!

I have found "Jesus can I get a ride home?" in seam sealer under the back seat of a Crown Vic. We laughed for quite a while!

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

I installed my sink. I had it stubbed in when the house was built. I bought the sink with some Christmas money and got it in! Although I'm confused... It doesn't leak, what did I do differently from all my other plumbing projects?

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Re: What did you do in your garage today? Exactly!! I kept looking at the parts I was given and back at the manual thinking I was shorted a part or 5. Then I started searching for an addendum, well I'll be damned! I know, RTFM... :lol_hitti

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Re: What did you do in your garage today? I installed a garage door opener and drank 2 new to me beers. I also considered hunting down the writers of Craftsman's instructions. My new beers were Weston Brewing Company's Royal Lager (kinda bland) and Lagunita's Daytime Ale. The Daytime Ale is a...

    Grounding rod with no tools

This is the only way I've done it. It's a workout for sure, especially when it gets further into the ground and you're stooping over. We usually switched off fairly often. It works pretty well, but you still have to dig a bit to get the Cadweld gear in there and make connections.

    Sink in Your Garage?

Do you use the same shampoo? If not, is there a contamination issue when you are bathing them? I mean keeping either from touching in the basin would be a challenge! :bounce:

Stephen, I had never hear of that Harry Epstein place. I think it may deserve a visit! I'm in Overland Park now, but we are moving out to Basehor in a few months. Independence used to seem so far away, now it's right around the corner. This area is getting huge! Thanks for all the kind welcomes!

    Sink in Your Garage?

Thanks for all the advice! We are going to have it stubbed and I'll install the sink and faucet myself. I'm sooooo excited to have a garage I can actually do some work in!

    Sink in Your Garage?

I just heard back that it'd be $450 to stub it. That may just be worth it. My father in law has a faucet that you can thread a hose to it directly. I always thought the ability to wash a car with warm water would be nice. JC, I love a well done stripe! Truly an art! I have absolutely no...

    Sink in Your Garage?

Great advice! I just sent an email to our builder asking how much for him just to stub it out for me. The kitchen faucet idea is perfect! I never thought of that! I just updated my profile to show my location. We are just outside of KC.

Hey guys and gals! We are having a house built with a garage and basement that I see as a clean slate. Going from a single car garage that I never once had a car in, to a 3 car is so exciting! I'm looking forward to setting it up with the help of GJ members and threads. This seems to be a...
