Looks like I just missed the GJSS update stats, however I did receive my gift in the mailbox today.
Thank you to my secret Santa @calandrod , who had a respectable reason for the delay. Thank you for your service.
He sent a handmade brass hammer (brass turned on lathe and attached to a Kansas...
There must have still been 2 of us with packages in USPS hands.
GJSS sent me a tracking number last week and it is still in USPS hands (tracking now shows expected to deliver it 12/30).
I am curious to hear the unique situation as well.
Thanks for all who participate and organize this.
Sorry to hear about losing your dad. Thanks so much for posting an honest update, as I'm sure it's tough to share. I've enjoyed reading along your journey and viewing into another's farming ventures. Sad to hear the farm being split apart, but I can understand it happening so easily as well...

Thanks to Oggy, and to everyone that organizes this event.
"Rob the mechanic" has a funny video with those snap-on pliers on the tool truck. He tells the snap-on guy he's not buying anything, and proceeds to whip out his credit card after the guy uses those pliers to pickup a nickle from the edge.:ROFLMAO:
We've been happy with the Norseman Drill & Tool - BR8SQ set. We purchased from a tool vendor that stops by the farm. He tries to handle USA made items and prices seem fair for the quality.

We run the Affresh tablets as well, but have had issues with mildew building up on drum. You’d smell it if you were having the issue, so no worries there.
For a deep clean you remove the drum (same procedure as replacing bearings). Overall less than an hour and tbh I’ve only done it a couple times.
