Thanks, I think they broadcasted flakes and then coated over it. I'm wondering if they thinned the top coat to make it easier to apply and that's why it pooled.

It was a 4ft level. From what I understand the dip was just over 1/4 in. It didn't seem with the effort to deal with it. I had the floor sealed. I notice it a lot less now.
