I love Snap-On tools and have quite a bit. But I wasn't going to pay $30-$40 for a 12" Snap-On breaker bar used on eBay... And Snap-On doesn't even make a 15" 3/8" dr bar.. The only problem with ordering direct from here is I was not going to pay $20 for just shipping. I paid just over $100...

They are both 3/8" driver. Shorter one is 12" and the longer one is 15". I believe the black ring serves as a grip? It's made of a hard rubber. I'm guessing it's purely aesthetics.

Anything Makita white you should pass on it. The Makita green/ blue/ turquoise tools are the ones to buy. For $100 more you can get the lxt211 set which has the upgraded version of this drill and also comes with an impact and two 3.0 Ah batteries+ one 15min charger. Check your local CL listings.
