    Is there a good way to block off expansion joint to keep bugs out. I am getting lots of black widows trying to make homes. I want to block them off in a way to allow for brick expansion and moister control as well. You can see in the picture the little cuts in the brick... Thanks...

    Yes we are, wraped all electric outlet and boxes, Mineral wool insulation, r30 in ceilings, 5/8 drywall whole garage, soundboard insulation on dividing walls, soundproof caulk on all 2x4 supports and cracks....

    Has any one used this...H&C® Concrete Sealer Solid Color http://www.hcconcrete.com/products/solid-color-stains/solvent-based-sealer/ If so , how hard was it to use, did you have to Etch first, how was the outcome when done...Did it leave a slick finsish... I am thinking about the sandstone...

    I plan to finish out my garage, but i am getting mixed reviews on when i should treat my garage floor... Should you treat the garage floor before or after drywall is complete.... I plan on solid color or epoxy, but when some kind of clear sealer... Thanks,
