Yes we are, wraped all electric outlet and boxes, Mineral wool insulation, r30 in ceilings, 5/8 drywall whole garage, soundboard insulation on dividing walls, soundproof caulk on all 2x4 supports and cracks....

New Floor in main garage is done...Epoxy and clear finish.

New Epoxy floor going in today...They are surfice grinding right now.
