    What wire calculator are you using for this? If I run this through Paige Wiring's calculator I get 1/0 AL and 1 gauge for copper.

    I'll keep that distance in mind! The spa is currently a 6x6 on a 120V 20amp circuit. The pad I am building is 8x8 in case we want a bigger one later. Up sizing the feeders might be a good idea. Would 80 amps cut it? Barry North Florida
