Yes sir, I think you read my initial post wrong and that was the confusion. I said I’ll need 4 more posts, meaning run 4 additional posts up against the barn wall so that it’ll be free standing. 8-10 posts total.

That would be a post every 3.75’ if you put 8 posts along a 30’ run...seems a little excessive, and tight - but I’m no expert. I was going to talk to a buddy today about it but I figured 4, maybe 5 posts over the course of the 30’.

That’s a great idea and what I was considering. I measured the steel framing and it’s 2.5”x2.5”. If I ran 2x4s horizontally across, it would give me 4” of depth and something to attach to. I’ll be doing 2” of foam.
