I was planning to build something off the side of my back shed for mowers, gas cans, welding tanks. The stone floor would save money since its just storage with ventilation. The deck boards will look good to conceal the contents and block most of the wind and rain! Jim

Now you have a good reason to put other things aside and build your COE! Could you get by with a receiver or pintle hitch and trailer? It would be possible to lower the truck somehow but is it worth that time and money?:headscrat
Did you inquire with a few parking lift companies? Maybe the lock can be customized. https://www.hardingsteel.com/carloft-2 looks good. Could you cut out the floor in just that spot and ramp down a bit? That is a tight fit your working with.
