Great Stuff Pro Gun Won’t Clean

Bought a Great Stuff Pro 14 foam gun and a bottle of cleaner. Screw on cleaner and nothing. It looks like the threads are too deep to engage valve. I manually cleaned gun and everything is clean and working/moving, so it’s a mating problem. Even screwed on gun head and nothing. What the heck?

    Chain Drive Gemini Lift

Looking for a manual or information on this older 10k Gemini 2 post chain drive lift. No data plate on it, just manufacturer and weight. Can’t seem to find anything out there on it.

    Metal Building Venting

billconner: totally agree with you. We have days that'll reach 110+ and then cool down into the 90s once the sun goes down but my shop can't cool off quick enough having all of that trapped air.

    Metal Building Venting

bb29510: Another question; how noisy are these fans and do they have automatic louvers? (Guess that's 2 questions.....)

    Metal Building Venting

billconner: See my pic. The insulation is rolled on before the sheeting is installed. bb29510: I've thought of exhaust fans at each end. I have enough space between the 2 upper girts (right above the Texaco sign). How big is your building? That might be the way to go as I also do welding...

    Metal Building Venting

I have a 32' x 85' x 17'(h) metal building in southern AZ. It has insulation that's between the panels and girts/purlins. 2 14' doors. In the summer, it gets really hot with our AZ temps of 110, and takes a long time to cool down. I neglected to install any type of roof venting and wonder if...

    Lift Service Life?

Thanks all. Yes, they are still using them. The 10k has a small leak that's a hose fitting; easy enough. This shop is moving into a brand new building and the owner wants no downtime moving equipment like this, so bought new and selling the old.

    Lift Service Life?

A local shop is selling their 10K Forward and 9K Rotary 2 post lifts. Both around 20 years old. Maintenance has been done on them and still in service; only problems were pumps, cylinders, hoses, and stuff like that. My question is does a lift have a service life? They lift autos all day...

    Metal Roof Screws

My metal building is about 7 years old and has developed roof leaks. Around the sky lights are the worst. The building is 35' x 80' so there are a ton of screws! I can't really get up there every time one starts to leak. Any suggestions?

Anyone use a floor cleaning robot in their garage?

I had a Roomba Dirt Dog (the yellow/black one) for awhile, but it just couldn't handle the dirt/dust/debris in my garage as it stripped the plastic gears in the motor. I deal with a lot of dust here in SW AZ but I would also like to know if anyone else is using one with success! Right now it's...

    Challenger 31000 Lift

Called Challenger directly and tech said run, not walk, away from it! No support and old with no history. So continuing the search

    Challenger 31000 Lift

I can buy an old, but American made, Challenger 31000 9K lift that's been sitting outside (AZ) for awhile probably for $500-700. I'm concerned all seals, cables, chain, etc. will need to be replaced jacking my investment up. I really like the American made on the data plate..... Anything else to...

    4 Post Lift Designs

Did a search on this and didn't find anything, so sorry if it's been covered. This isn't about what brand is better/worse, but what's a better design for 4 post lifts. Some manufacturers like Advantage and Wildfire sleeve/box the vertical posts with the lifting arms/mechanisms; the vertical...

    Air Supplier Respirators

Yup, those are the ones I'm looking at. I was thinking I could extend the hose 6' + and put the blower at the other end away from me. Thoughts?
