Bought a Great Stuff Pro 14 foam gun and a bottle of cleaner. Screw on cleaner and nothing. It looks like the threads are too deep to engage valve. I manually cleaned gun and everything is clean and working/moving, so it’s a mating problem. Even screwed on gun head and nothing. What the heck?

Looking for a manual or information on this older 10k Gemini 2 post chain drive lift. No data plate on it, just manufacturer and weight. Can’t seem to find anything out there on it.

billconner: totally agree with you. We have days that'll reach 110+ and then cool down into the 90s once the sun goes down but my shop can't cool off quick enough having all of that trapped air.

Thanks all. Yes, they are still using them. The 10k has a small leak that's a hose fitting; easy enough. This shop is moving into a brand new building and the owner wants no downtime moving equipment like this, so bought new and selling the old.

A local shop is selling their 10K Forward and 9K Rotary 2 post lifts. Both around 20 years old. Maintenance has been done on them and still in service; only problems were pumps, cylinders, hoses, and stuff like that. My question is does a lift have a service life? They lift autos all day...

My metal building is about 7 years old and has developed roof leaks. Around the sky lights are the worst. The building is 35' x 80' so there are a ton of screws! I can't really get up there every time one starts to leak. Any suggestions?

I can buy an old, but American made, Challenger 31000 9K lift that's been sitting outside (AZ) for awhile probably for $500-700. Yup, those are the ones I'm looking at. I was thinking I could extend the hose 6' + and put the blower at the other end away from me. Thoughts?
