That's kind've what I was thinking also, I am just trying to get the most out of my lot as possible, It's advertised as an acre but the driveway and bottom corner section are about half the property unfortunately.

I think the issue with having a mortgage on a a garage/shop style building is it would generally be harder for resale if the owner lost the mortgage and the bank had to sell it to get there money back. Just a thought

It was $100 for the pair, 4" vise about 50 pounds. Works smoothly, just needs cleaned up. The press needs new electrical cable but the motor works great and all runs pretty smoothly
