I have no doubt that it will fight me every step of the way! I just moved here in 05 but it has grown on me.

Looking at a house and we are getting pretty serious about it. It's a split face block construction on a slab,Has 12x12 tile throughout. The wife wants to change it to hardwood flooring every where but the kitchen and bathrooms,How does one go about that?? Bust up the tile or??

I think he is asking how far between to separate lifts,Not between posts. If so i would say 3' min. I think you will want room to walk between them,If for working i would go to 4-5'
