I have an older Sears craftsman metric tap and die set that I am looking to replace a few of the missing pieces. Would anyone have a list of what supposed to be in set #MY52008? Other than contacting Sears, any other suggestions? Lastly, for the replacements…what brand? THANKS!

Thanks for the replies! Just changed the jack arm to the proper (I think) orientation, and starting to reassemble. As I add each piece its getting heavier. Still unable to get the ram to move out, or in, and now onto the handle. Again, thanks for the input! Bob

Ok so I am trying to wrap up this marquestte jack. Got the pump back and what I want to do is mock it together to refresh my memory, as I started this project a while ago. After mocking it together, I will then disassemble paint, and reassemble. So here is my problem, and I am hoping someone...

If anyone can tell me how or point me in the right direction on how to replace the ball bearings in the swivel casters on the rear of my floor jack it sure would be greatly appreciated! I had asked this question on my Marquette Model floor jack thread but I think maybe it got lost there. So...

Finally back on this project. Frame and all parts back from getting dipped and cleaned. Sent the pump out to get rebuilt, and it arrived yesterday. Not that anyone cares...! So here is the question of the day... The rear swivel casters had loose ball bearings in them. I ordered new ones, but...

Ok Pump is sent off to get rebuilt. Took this jack apart and with the exception of hardware, its at redi strip. So now to all of the Floor Jack Experts out there.... 1)Any idea of torque value when I put this together? 2) Solid Rivets...where do I get 3) Even though I removed some cotter...

Well just got back in from disassembling the lower part. God I am glad I took pictures!! That broken piece is nothing more than threaded rod sio unless it gets winky in the pump first crisis averted! Thehorse...any recommendations?! Feel free to PM if you prefer! THANKS!!

And last but not least, broke a piece that I believe is to the release valve. Any suggestions? So two things, yes I learned how to submit photos and I will try to make them all one post in the future and #2 rebuild myself or send it out? Any and all comments welcome. Thanks!
