Where did you get the r25 ceiling insulation from? Was it expensive and a Pain in the a$$ to put up?

I have a Clopay 3200 20'x11' insulated overhead door any thoughts if the 8500 can handle that size door?

I already had to get a variance for the 1200. They limit you to 600 sqft or less without a variance. I have been told about the snow issue when the doors are placed on the eave side. That was one of the reasons to I was going to go with the doors on the gable end. Thanks for all the input...

The trusses would be 30' either way. Would just be a matter of the doors on the gable end or eave side.

Looking at having a 30x40x12 built. Originally planned on going 30 wide and 40 deep but looking for opinions. Should I go 40 wide and 30 deep? Also contemplating having 2-10x10 doors or just 1-20x10 door. Any thoughts?

Down the road I plan to insulate the ceiling and putting up the metal panels rather than sheetrock. I was told the same thing about the condensation problem and not insulating the roof. With using scissor trusses I'm thinking there won"t be much of an attic space to vent but i could be wrong.

The roof will be a 4/12 pitch the bottom of the scissor trusses would be 2/12. Unfortunately I am under a height restriction from the township so I am stuck with the pitch at 4/12 unless I change the sidewall height.
