Yeah, I agree. You have to be totally satisfied buying a Snap On. I'd go so far as to say SO would want you to be completely happy with the box. Don't give up, call the company.

What do you recommend for a final lubricant? Silicone? Lithium grease? All the same?

How do you guys store your sockets? Magnetic holder, Hansen, Ernst, etc? Do you keep all sockets in one drawer, or metrics in one, fractional in another, etc? 3/8 in one drawer, 1/2 in another, etc? I'l love to see some photos of how professionals arrange their boxes. Thanks.
