    Detroit relay upgrade

The Detroit ca295 relay on my ancient American Standard oil boiler failed and made the heat peg constantly. I purchased a replacement from a supply house but have no idea how to connect the wires. Any help is appreciated!

    Bonding a neutral, generator

I have a powermate 5000 that was setup to run from a transfer switch, so the p.o. floated the ground. I want to run it as a stand alone in the field so need to bond the ground. Can I just run a jumper wire from a green ground terminal under the cap to a white neutral terminal? Thanks in advance --RW

    Thanks for the resource

Hey, Thanks for allowing me to take part in the forum. I'm an avid vintage British bike fan, have more than a few classic car projects going on and try to fix everything I can in the house on my own. I'll probably have lots of questions, so thanks in advance!
