    Can anyone say shrapnel cousin? :deadhorse Some people/applications require approval; Some don't. Some people are very old fashioned and/or 'by the book'..trusting only what they know from experience; Some aren't. I take information from a variety of sources and form my own educated opinions...

    I had a late 80's mohawk system I, 9000lb lift, installed on Wednesday. They revamped these later installing valving to help with equilization of the 2 posts and further brace them half way up the posts, making them 10,000lb capacity. This is the system I as it is sold today..
