If you have a commercial battery (forklift and other big batteries) place nearby talk with them. I had them make me a set 22 feet long. This is the length I like.
I have both but like the Menards for my garage. The beams aren't as tall as the pallet rack beams so easier to load shelf higher. The Menards was rated for 2000 lb per shelf and my pallet rack is 5000 lb. I don't have a forklift so it hardly matters.
I said earlier I used osb for my shelfs...
I have a lot of the Menards Gorilla shelving and love it. I've never bolted any of it down. I think all my shelving is made from 3/4 inch osb. Have never bought the shelf boards.
I have the first shelf up from the floor about 3-4 feet. Can roll generator and air compresser under one 4 foot...
Not a tool but they used to sell a three piece set of steel spray can holder trays. I think they were 16", 20" and a 24". They work great and hold a lot of cans. I may try and get a picture.
They were always hard to find in the store, usually under the table of vises.
I never new they had that screwdriver and have talked to at least 3 snap on dealers over the years. I would have liked to have had one with a hard handle and the hexagon bolster.
I really like my Lyon cart. I bought it at an auction for $15.00 a think. Has a 1/4 " steel top. I used to have a 4" vice on it and used it for a little welding table. Now I have a Delta tabletop drill press on it.
I just gave one away like that to a friend. The phone number on a company's tag was only 5 digits. It belonged to another friends dad. I'll try and find my pictures. Still ran good.
I ran across the ones I saw. They are on Craigslist.

Do you have anything new in the exercise area? rubber floor mats? An exercise machine with paint or foam cushion? Just thinking of the immediate area your working out in and anything that might be different and cause an allergy or fumes.
If you have a Menards close by look at there Xtreme garage shelving. A light duty pallet rack system. Quick to put up and can be changed later. I use OSB for my shelves.

I'd keep looking. If you could find an old commercial building to buy/rent in an outlying town at a reasonable cost would be great. Use it to work/store your projects. Problem is anything less than 1/2 hour from your home is still pretty valuable property. If you could find something in Hills or...
