Yeah I haven’t seen anything close to 1200 for an insulated over head door. It’s 1200 here for single sheet 10x8 installed. I live in Alabama so I’m not very concerned with heat or cooling but mainly keeping the rain out.

the plan is for it to be one big door and the whole thing slid to the right, and not like a conventional one that splits in the middle. and this way i can open it a little to walk through or alot to drive through
this is a pole barn. its framed with a 6x6 on the corner. the post is in the ground but i can come over 2 feet with a small wall and make the door 12 ft but that 2 foot isnt going to be holding anything structurally really.
