I live in Ortonville MI, which is 30min north of Pontiac. Yes I agree the 175K BTU is probably overkill, it just so happens I ran across this unit used and the price was right.

I've owned my Bendpak XPR-10 just over 1 year. For the most part I feel it's an excellent lift. However I'm currently working with BP's technical assistance folks regarding a concern I have about lift operation in cold weather. I can give you more details if you send me a PM.
