Been watching this thread on and off for quite ahwile. Wanted a few sets but none were to be found in the western ny area. I'm in there tonite picking up some electical stuff, and I saw that they rearranged their plier wall in the electrical section. Lo and Behold, there was ONE set hanging...

And not a single one to be found on a truck, anywhere.:bounce:

Found a write up on Carcrafts website. Prices range from 1300 to 5170, but they say dealers may have better pricing. Wonder if the dealer gets it for about half that much, then marks up and deals accordingly. Nice box, but I personally would have to see one before shelling out 5200 bucks...

I'm kind of disappointed, initially. There's no prices or any way to order. I'd blow a grand right now... Maybe this isn't the way they're gonna do business? Maybe just go thru distributors, or online retailers(?). I always liked SK. Just wondering how they're gonna peddle their wares...

I have a couple of ridgids. All work great. I picked up that little rectangular shaped one this last spring, and they don't carry it anymore. Almost looks like the Dewalt one. Wonder why they discontinued that vac?

Interesting. I never signed a contract with my guy (Matco) for my truck account. Just filled out an information sheet, with all info, etc. Nothing about repo'ing tools or anything like that. I'm on auto-pay with him - something I just set up from the get go. $50 a week and we never discuss...
