    Cheaper epoxy under the workbench

Yes- I'm starting to see the wisdom in this approach. The more I think about it, the more I don't want to mix some cheap stuff with "the good stuff" :bounce: . Question: Has anyone coated 90% of their floor with epoxy and then coated the remaining 10% (or so) at a later time? I'm thinking...

    Cheaper epoxy under the workbench

Thanks Scotty. Would I be able to feather your product over an EC edge? It seems like if I am within the 18 hour window, the EC should be tacky enough to accept a topcoat.

    Cheaper epoxy under the workbench

Tomorrow I'm set to use gray Epoxy-Coat (EC) on my garage and attached storage shed. I miscalculated total square footage of the two spaces, and I think I'm about 60 square feet short (using a generous application). Epoxy-Coat in Lowe's

I'm not too happy with Lowes' special order department, and I would order the clear through Epoxy-Coat if the price is the same as Lowes. Did anyone find out if Lowes has a better price on a full clear kit than EC? Thanks.

    Our new Garage floor =)

Kevin54 did a great job explaining "Bueller." It is a colloquialism used in many contexts, based on the film. I use it when someone is suspiciously absent, but that doesn't translate very well (even in English) :bounce: ! I have shown your tile floor to my wife, who said it looks better than...

    Our new Garage floor =)

This floor looks amazing, very high class. German cars and tile flooring should bring a smile to Jack. Wonder if he is looking at this thread now.. Bueller?... Bueller?... Bueller? :bounce:

    1800 sf Epoxy Coat w/polyurea - LONG

Thanks for your post. I was going to grind my floor (I have a new slab) but your experience helped me realize that grinding would be overkill. I think that your color combination looks great!
