Low ceiling garage with lighting offset towards edges

After reading around the forum I'm still having trouble finding a clear answer, so hopefully someone would point me in the right direction. My garage is about 30' deep by 12' wide, with low 7.5' ceilings. It has standard overhead opening garage door. It's under the house and has a finished...

It Begins: Harbor Freight Black Friday Ad 2018 !

There is plenty written about this line of jacks, they're a direct copy of the Snap On. The general consensus is that yes, they're worth the money. I bought one about 8 months ago and would happily spend the money again.

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

Can anyone correct or confirm the following information regarding the currently available 1/4” and 3/8” brushless drivers/impacts from Milwaukee? I took the items and part numbers straight from Milwaukee’s website, and based whether or not the items were current on information I gathered from...

    Brushless driver/impact suggestions

 From what I can find, the large majority of handheld power tools are made in China or at the very least from "globally sourced components". Some brands advertise USA assembly, the extent to which that improves the quality of the end product is debatable. As much as possible, the tools I...

    Brushless driver/impact suggestions

That's my question as well - I'm searching for the best tools regardless of the actual purchase source, I'd happily buy from the "big 3" if the product is better.

Currently just have access to Cornwell and Matco, although of course they can all be purchased online as well.

    Brushless driver/impact suggestions

Any reason to avoid the "tool truck" brands (SO, Mac, Matco, etc.)?

    Brushless driver/impact suggestions

1/2" drive impact for removal of hefty hardware. 3/8" and 1/4" socket driver or impact for install and removal of everything else. Sorry for the confusing verbiage. Since I have no other cordless tools, I'm obviously not invested in any particular brand's batteries yet.

    Brushless driver/impact suggestions

I'm looking to add a set of cordless impacts to my home shop, for frequent motorcycle and some auto use. The shop will soon be fully plumbed for air, but since I will not be heavily and constantly using the larger impact, I think the convenience of the battery powered tools outweighs the sheer...

    New from Lebanon, PA

Thanks for the welcome, I'm starting to get a layout in place for everything now. Kevkx125, I also work in the powersports industry - it looks like your KX is set up for woods riding, I just ran my first few scrambles in '17. A good bit of my work area will be dedicated to bike maintenance...

    New from Lebanon, PA

After browsing for quite a while I decided to join. My current basement is a shared space with the laundry area, and connects to a narrow but long garage underneath the house. The ceilings in the garage and basement are painfully low, so that will be something I work around as things progress...
