    Suggestions on Precision Screwdrivers

The standard for watchmakers is generally considered Bergeon. Replaceable blades and can be sharpened. Starrett makes a suitable product at a lower price point.

Micrometer, super tight, take it apart?

If it is just hardened oil from sitting around, I would put it in an oven and bake it. Say 300 degrees, 20 minutes.

    Hobby, Home Repairman

Buy high quality for those tools that you think you 'll be using on a continuous basis. Some tools get better in quality and get lower in price as time goes on. My Makita power miter box is going strong 30+ years later, but newer ones are comopound and have more features. I would have loved to...

    ID Jack Help

This jack was curbside, and I figured it would be a good project. From what's left on the label, I think it was sold by Montgomery Ward. Looking through previous posts it might have bee made by walker, hein, or norco--or maybe not. I know it needs an air vent, and it will probably need seals...

    Lawnboy problem

Even if it is the primer, consider adding SeaFoam to the oil/gas mix. It was developed for 2-stroke marine engines and maintains lubricity.

Got an ax that needs a sheath

A simpler solution would be to take pvc pipe (lets say 1") the kength of the blade and cut a kerf the width of the blade. Rubber bands, a small bungee cord or duct tape to hold in place. Actually duct tape over the edge will do the same function.
