Dp you guy's worry about them denting easy and I the ones im looking at are 1200 lbs rated and 625 on the bottom shelf. But at 200 for 96x30x35 ss bench, I doubt i frame and put a decent top on a conventional bench same size

So I realized that stainless food prep tables are not to expensive and should make a nice work bench. Can anyone think of a reason not tp use a couple 96 inchers along the wall.

Im currently doing the same for both sides of my 30x40 so adding a 12x40 ft lean-to on each side. Were using 4x6 post 3 foot in thw ground spaced on 8ft centers. 2x8 rafters. Purlins on 3 foot centers and 2x10 footers. Im in mid southern ohio so I have the same building parameters need as you.

I have used black pex (truck rated) and love it. Its less than 50 cents a foot and has a 2 inch loop radius so you can plumb it almost anywhere
