    Compressor oil

    Always run 30wt non-detergent. Synthetic is no good due to ring gap on pistons.

    Disc valves are less likely to come apart and get sucked into the cylinder than a broken strip(reed) valve.

    200-210 degrees F. I do this all the time. We use a magnetic bearing heater.

    I have these exact tekton screwdrivers which I too bought from amazon. They are my trash set at work and are great for situations I wont put my matcos on. I recommend them for light duty use or getting really nasty with.

    When I worked Transient Alert at hickam afb, hawaii we frequently had to service KC-10's. Plenty of dudes got skin burns but there was this one 70 year old man who worked with us and he could bathe in it and never burn. He was a super human.

    how to apply gasket paper / rtv silicone

    It doesn't use an o-ring. Almost all covers are like that. Cut the gasket out the size of the cover and trim it to fit. Apply black rtv to both sides of gasket and install.

    air compressor- crank case cover is stuck

    Order some gasket paper and trace your cover to size, 1/32" should be fine once you get the cover off. I do this everyday. Rtv is a pita to remove.

    Are there three hot wires coming into the panel? Most likely a three phase motor on the pool pump. If so, you are one lucky guy.
