I mounted mine to a butcher block I cut to fit the top of my box. The bolts extend down through the top of the box as well. It also turned out nice when I used the router on the corners.

Thought I would include my contribution to this thread; the Gearwrench set was $60 (on sale) at Sears and I have been wanting them for a while. Now I realize what all the buzz is with Snap On ratchets.
