    Weight capacity of concrete garage floor?

    It is more important to consider what is beneath the concrete. Concrete has excellent compression strength, not as much under shear. If the base under the concrete is solid, the concrete itself will support a lot, something better than 2000 psi.

    I just stuck it in between the trusses and friction held it. Those wires would eliminate the need to screw a board. I did it a long time ago but it wasn't that big of a deal.
