    What Tool To Turn This?

What tool do I need to buy to turn this? It is a valve stem that is retracted into a cavity so I would need a nut driver type of tool. The shape is a round stem with two flat sides.

speeder bar extension - anybody make one

What is the make or name of those curved extensions in the picture. I'm thinking that would be the way I would go. Honestly don't use speeders that much, just like having a lot of gadgets around and putting them together in various configurations. Definitely wouldn't do well with high torque...

speeder bar extension - anybody make one

Yes accurate description. Would also work for me to have a joint at the place where the handle is on a regular speeder. If that was the case it could be used like the demos that they have on indexing gear wrenches with a ratchet on the end. Really what would work would be any extension that...

speeder bar extension - anybody make one

does any one make a speeder bar shaped extension or an offset extension such that two could be put together to make the shape of a speeder bar. Have speeders but never use them as they are bulky and never make it into the rotation. Would like to have something smaller with capabilities of...

    flex head flare nut wrench

Looking for my options for a flex head flare nut wrench set, preferably 12 pt. Have tight access and would be a big timesaver for a particular job. Need at least up to 7/8 sae for a 1/2 tubing run with swage fittings. I can use crowsfoot to get to it but would prefer a single piece that is...

    Nut driver sets(metric and sae)

I agree either can be used and there are multiple ways. Nut driver is not absolutely necessary, but they can be convenient. Typically I don't buy tools based on what I need or do any cost / benefit, but rather what will entertain me while at work. End up using multiple different approaches just...

    Nut driver sets(metric and sae)

Grounding nuts on electric motors, unistrut, worm drive hose clamps, electrical mounting brackets, electrical connections in cabinets...those are my primary uses. Mostly sae but see some metric as well on specialty motors, etc. Advantages over ratchet and deep socket are: Harder to drop or...

    Nut driver sets(metric and sae)

For SAE I use Felo Smart system - interchangeable heads with option to convert to T-Handle. Hollow shaft like others and less bulk to deal with than other options. For Metric I have hollow shaft and magnetic Felo M-Tec sockets. Attach to a spinner handle and are a socket with a spring loaded...

    wera vario ratcheting screwdriver

Anyone have experience with this ratcheting driver. The specs say 6mm bits. Would like to use felo smart bits I already have with it as well as other 1/4 drive bits. 6mm is smaller than 1/4 so wondering if the bits would fit in vario driver.

    Adjustable wrenches, brand?

And d) those that dont do all their work in a shop and are often mobile throughout large facilities and need tools to be available because down timely is money. Multifunction / multisized tools are a lifesaver there and are not unprofessional or an easy way out. They are the smartest way to get...

    Odd pipe cutter/notcher ???

My guess is its used to cut a certain sized pipe for fitting onto another pipe at a 90 angle prior to welding. That is the shape one would need to do so.

    Ratcheting screwdriver options???

Megapro is my favorite. Nice tight action, good feel, and the storage is such that bits don't rattle around in the handle. Beats snap on price by a good bit too. Made in Canada I think.
