BAHCO is know as a good brand in europe based on when it only made tools in sweden, over the years they have slowly added other tools not made in sweden to their catalog.
BAHCO that still made in sweden is very high quality, everything else is mediocre taiwanese tools.

Don't know what size area you are trying to grind. Most concrete grinding jobs last hours of continuous grinding, even when just using the angle grinder for the edges. For that kind of usage corded is best.
