I would replace both springs at the same time. You have one new spring and one old stretched out spring.

Cut that portion out, Add expansion material on the black top side and re pore. Another option is to cut it out and add a Trough Drain

i have the dewalts got both sae and metric sets for 50 bucks each from sears.

Im not sure what makes it stop it just stops before the concrete, Plenty of cable left, I cant see anything holding it up. I thought the maybe put a stop in to hold it up before the floor went in but i dont see anything.

Is there a was to adjust the door height a a CHI over head door. The door height is too high for my finish concrete height and will have a 1 inch gap when closed. The door had a torsion spring a cable. Are they adjustable or do i have to lower the entire door ?

your approach to the garage looks like its in rough shape the drain gate is lifted/sinking. with a big money car like that i would just have it repaired and slopped/pitched.

use them then charge them i have 5 batteries i rotate between 2 chargers and i always top them off. The chargers even have a maintenance feature where if the battery is left on the charger for a long period of top it will automatically top it off...
