I really like that video showing the lift Jack, to be honest I had in my head before joining here that a 2-post traditional lift was the end all be all lift but after seeing yours and others I'm thinking I may have an option for my small 2-car some day as well.

I'd have to agree. I like it more than many of the http://www.luxury4play.com garages - just from the outside from the landscaping. A lot of those guys have amazing collections of cars... but it's just that collections. I do envy their cars, but most of the time their cars are more for display...

Nice to see another local on here! I love modern design, but MCM more than any. A very classy structure you have there to match your Haver. Question - is there any insulation in the roof of the garage? As a MCM person I assume you're familiar with modernphoenix.net and knew about the home tour...

Agreed. Maybe add a siren that is triggered if the door opens from the outside and it's armed? You could even use one of those sirens that people install with car alarms, I guess the frequency will actually make you want to get out of there asap because it physically hurts. Just don't forget...

Update, pictures coming soon. Old Layout: New! Moved my monstrous bar out of the garage to inside of the house since it took up a bit too much room. New Layout once I can finish up the new bar, all of the lights and speakers remain but there are a lot of notes on this plan so I left...
