Here is my humble 17x24 with 7 bikes stuffed in it. With a little work I can get 9 or 10 in. It doesn't look like much, but I put a lot of bikes through it.
The last picture is the pad where a 32x40 is going "sometime in September". Guess I need to call the builder!
My uncle pumped ice water thru his system when he had to find his pipes. It worked good. I would also go to church the Sunday before I drilled into the floor :)

I'm in SE PA. The builder suggested using a thin insulation under the slad (foil sandwiched between bubble wrap) he said it has the same r-value as the blue foam board? I would like to keep the temp around 50-55 when I'm not in it and turn it up a bit when I'm out there working.
My plan was to have the radiant and a ceiling mounted propane heater for quicker recovery in the winter. So now I am thinking to skip the radiant and just use the ceiling heater.
