Put feed wires on line side and wire going to receptacle by toilet on load side. Put a regular outlet by toilet.
It will be GFI protected from the one at sink.
Trip the toilet receptacle and gfi at sink should trip if not id recommend calling an electrician.
You can pick up a tester for 10bux...
Is the breaker on?
Was old receptacle working before you switched it?
Is the receptacle on same circuit as the one by the sink?

1in to 1/2in threaded female then screw your 1/2 in LT connector on and run the liquid tight
As mentioned you could heat the 1in pvc and bend it[emoji106]

Yep!
14/2 Romex. Blk/wht wires with bare ground.
14/3 has a red wire also
Like he said, if you cannot drill through center of studs you should use nail plates to protect the wire from nails,screws....
How did you turn that light on???
Thats where the wire is coming from.

Typically 1/2 inch
Line it up how it goes in box then cut/strip it and stick it in.
If its already fed through the box and jacket needs to be stripped, I'll use a box cutter and peel the jacket off. Again leaving about a 1/2in in the box.

The cover holds the romex in that square hole. With cover snapped closed you shouldn't be anle too easily move it.
Personally, I like to use button connectors in the knockouts.
You have older cans, newer ones have the spring loaded push in connectors, no need too twist and wire nut em.
Glad...
Romex doesn't appear to be stapled. You could have the spring loaded connector pulled out, especially if anyone tripped over the wire.
If thats the case, simply wirenut the stranded wires with the romex wire. Blk-blk wht-wht grn-grn.

Your pool equipment will most likely be fed from a panel at the equipment.
http://www.jandy.com/en/product-archive/controls/touch
The panel will control all pool equipment and any other outside post lights, fridge, outlets....
Jandy panels are the caidillac of pool panels and anything connected...
On 2nd thought, remove the outlet altogether and wire your fan as shown in diagram.
Just make the 1st junction in outlet box...without outlet and put a cover plate on.
Can then operate fan with switch and remote.

This is similair to what you have going on....
You said when breaker is off all hots are dead....you need to start disconnecting other things to find what is feeding the outlet....disconnect 1 at a time until those hots stay off when breaker is on.
Only other possible scenario, is a hidden...
