    Buck Bros Chisels

I picked these up yesterday. They need restored but I got them cheap enough not to care. The largest is 1 3/4" and the smallest is 1/8" I can't wait to get them cleaned up and sharpened!

Craftsman 5198. Who made these awesome vises!!

Here lately I have been kind of getting into vises. I have bought a couple that I thought where nice and might be worth a little. But my work vise has always been one that belonged to my grandfather, Then my uncle, And now it's mine. I always thought is was nothing more than a cheap craftsman...

    Athol Coach makers vise

I picked up a cool Athol Vise today. It's a woodworkers vise or coach makers vise. The previous owner put a plate on the bottom to lock the quick release. I took it off and the Quick release works just fine. It's a model 413 1/2 and has 3 1/2" jaws. I paid a little more than usual but it's not...

    Dalton Metal Lathe

Thanks. He didn't have any more gears. I was wondering if it would be hard to get replacements, if they are something standard that I can get that would be great. Thanks

    Dalton Metal Lathe

I am new to this place. I have been looking around here for some time. I always wanted a lathe and I think I finally got a deal. I picked up this Dalton 7" with a box of tools for $400. I fix antique fans and sometimes I need bearings for the motors and I want to make my own. What gears can be...

    Goodell Pratt Bar Clamps

I just bought these today. I really like these. Goodell Pratt Bar Clamps. I love the large wheel knobs. Anyone have a set of these? I only found one other set on Google. I don't think I will be getting rid of these!

Quincy Compressor pump I just picked up.

Thanks. When looking for info I have seen that "ROC" and did not know what it meant. I did however figure out that mine is a 216 P version (plain head assembly & no controls). Now I just need to figure out how to hook it up

Need help choosing a riding mower

Yes I agree with most of the posts here. It is to steep. Why take a chance with your life. I used to work at a lawn mower repair shop and I worked on almost every brand lawn mower. The only one I would try to mow that with would be a Dixie Chopper and I still don't think it would be safe.

Quincy Compressor pump I just picked up.

Anyone here know how old it is? Also what would be a good motor to run this? It came with 3 brand new valves in there boxes but I don't think it needs them.

Quincy Compressor pump I just picked up.

This is my first post here. I found this place looking for info. I just bought this old Quincy compressor pump at a yard sale. It spins freely and fells like it has good compression. It was only $20.00 I think it is a 212 legend model but I am not sure. I have a crappy oil less unit and thought...
