That's the same unit I have. 75K btu. This is my third heating season with this unit and everything is good.:thumbup:

Have a 75K unit in my 760 sq. ft. garage. This is the second winter for it. Everything is good.:thumbup: Picked it up at Menards also.

Ceilings and walls are all 7/16 OSB. Caulked the corners and seams. 1 coat of primmer followed by 2 coats of final color. Sanding and Muding drywall *****...

Rented a trencher attachment for my brother in law's Cat skid steer. 1 1/2 hours later all 130' was done. I'd be there till christmas doing it by hand!!!!:beer:

Go around them.. My garage is 20' away from the house, and I ended up running about 130' of water line and gas line to it. Not because of trees, but because my deck on the house runs the entire width and is only 2' off the ground. 4' frost line here too, and no way I was digging a trench under...

BMW... Yea, these are just a set of generic plans. Your basic 4 walls and trusses, with 3 door openings.:beer:

Mike... You are the first to post. I will PM you. Reverse gable means the roofing shingles will be on the front. The same side as the overhead doors. In other words, as you drive up, you will see the pitch of the roof. If you can use them fine. If not, let me know and I will move to the next...

I could of used stronger springs also. But I tweaked it enough where the door will stay closed and will hold any position up until 3/4 open. One hand operation, but if the door is fully open, it will settle down to 3/4 open. It takes very little pressure to push it back to fully open. I figure...

Yes, I forgot about the longer cables. I bought the cables for an extension spring, which are longer and have the loop on one end, then cut to length and crimped a new ferrell on the end. Less than $20.. Pics included...

Easy to do... If you have already purchased the doors, you can use most of that hardware. Just go out and get two new vertical pieces of track that are at least the height of the ceiling. Grab your curved section and temp. mount it the distance from the ceiling that you want. Mate the two ends...
