    Tekton vs Sunex 1/2" impacts

Ordered the Sunex set. After adding in the cost of the set that NC_Shaun posted it will be the exact same price as the Sunex. I went with the Sunex because I know they are quality

Matco Silver Eagle tool quality How is it?

I have some Silver Eagle Torx and they ****. They break, a lot. I'm to the point where I've stopped warrantying them and just replacing them with Carlyle from Napa. Much better quality IMO. Haven't broken one of those yet.

    The GJ Generosity Thread

I'm 20 years old in school right For Diesel Technology at a state college in NY. I could give those K-D wrenches a nice home. I have a very nice set of metric wrenches but I lack in standard. Money has been tight for me as my DD has died and am currently trying to get a new set of wheels. I'll...

Am I the only one that seriously dislikes SK ?

I have a bunch of their stuff (mainly chrome sockets and combo wrenches) and do like it but I don't fan girl over it. It is easy for me to find SK used and cheap. I bought a bunch of stuff because it was a low cost way of putting quality tools in my box. I like their sockets, the ratchets are...

I'm currently looking at pricing with that but with a vehicle that is falling apart and will be needing replacement soon I don't think I can afford that and a new truck.

The CAT dealership where I plan to work in May when I graduate from college, most of guys there have roll cabs with no top box so they can have their lap top on there and use as tool staging...

    Toolbox with a hutch?

I was wondering ow many of you have a top box on your tool box. I'm debating whether to get a top box for my HF 44" or to upgrade to a classic 78 through my school discount. Obviously there is a huge price difference(about $2200) and I wondering which way to go.

What to buy on discount as a young Diesel tech about to enter the field

Yes. Right now I am in the door at a large Cat dealership. I could pay cash for the box right now but I want to see what my options are for payment

What to buy on discount as a young Diesel tech about to enter the field

I have good quality tools for what I do have. I looked through my set and I'm guess I'm closer tool wise from what I thought. My HF 44" is pretty full. Right now I'm trying to decide if I should get a classic 78 while still in school. I want a box I can grow in and Have for many years and will...
